Can i receive a refund if i cancel my appointment before 48hrs?
Deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel your appointment before 48hrs, we will try to accommodate the reschedule based on availability availability. However the reschedule must be within the current open calendar.
Do you accept walk-ins?
We do not accept walk-ins. Please book an appointment online via the website to secure your appointment.
What payment methods do you accept and does deposit goes towards style?
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments, and it goes towards your service total.
$25 deposit for styles under $200
$50 deposit for styles over $200
Deposits are made directly through the booking site.
Zelle, Cash, and Square Magstripe reader payments are the only form of payment for remaining balances.
What are your hours, Do you offer any evening appointments?
With the exception of summer hours, the salon is open Monday-Thursday, and Saturday By Appointment Only.
There are no evening appointments available at this time.
Do You Charge for Tardiness?
✨Life happens...Please communicate with me if you are going to be a few minutes late for your appointment.
✨There is a 10 minute grace period for clients who may be running late. Please keep in mind if you are not at the shampoo bowl at your appointment time, you are considered late. Unfortunately when you’re late, it makes me late for my children in the afternoons.
✨After the grace period, there will be a late fee of $35 that must be paid in addition to services rendered. No future appointment will be made without paying your late fee.
What's Your Policy Regarding Rescheduling and Cancellations?
Rescheduling/canceling of appointments must be made within 48hrs of your initial appointment or you will forfeit your initial deposit.
Deposits are non-refundable.
You may only reschedule ONCE using your initial deposit, and you must do so within the current open calendar and that’s based on my current availability. A new deposit will be required for any appointment made thereafter.
Please keep in mind the schedule is open for two months at a time. Any appointment that reschedules outside of the required time frame will be canceled, and deposit is forfeited as requirements were not me
Do you offer sew-ins or silk press?
No sewins or thermal services are offered here at Naturally Crowned Hair. We are making it a priority to promote healthy hair without these services, and educating clients how to properly maintain their hair at home. Rather its with a protective style or in between protective styles, we are here to help you reach your hair care goals.
